Meditative conscience constellation (2)

The one being constellated - an individual, who wants to rearrange his conscience and relations with other family members, sets out on a stage persons, who represent significant family members. It can be only two or three individuals, or it can be the whole family, or even distant relatives. In a common case, the significant ones are parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents and sometimes great-grandparents, aunts and uncles. Moreover, the family system usually includes slandered, born dead or even aborted children.

Usually all significant members are not set out, because the problem may seem too big and one may confuse instead of big solution. The one being constellated, places significant members on the stage intuitively from father to mother, from left to right side. Taken by hands or tenderly touched the shoulders, facing each other’s eyes one or a few times, they are led to a certain places. The stage place of members, distances, angles among them, the directions of their view, etc. indicate the mutual relations and the ways of energies’ flow. Moreover, that person being constellated gives known and true facts. The facts of vilification, disability, suicide, killing are very important. They influence deeply the ways of energies’ flow. No guesswork and hypothesis.

When the stage is set, people, representing family members, start feeling the energies flowing through them, specific feelings, emotions, body sensations of those they represent. Certain role of the member attributed to a person corresponds not only to member’s psychological attitudes, but also to certain tensions, disabilities, pains, diseases. The participants of the constellation feel this and say this.

The leader of constellation cannot have any beforehand ideas or plans. In constellation people are asked what they feel at that moment, what they feel to one or another member, where they would like to turn, to go, etc. The invisible threads of unconscious start visualizing and they can be changed with new, balanced threads. Actually, this is the way vital, astral and mental bodies of a man, energies and their interactions are visualized and balanced.

A Finn mother complained that she hardly communicated with daughter and that the son was hiding from her and taking drugs more often. It turned out that she was very close with the son, but despised her husband and child’s father. Mother pulled the son to herself and at the same time disturbed closeness with father. For this reason, the son couldn’t reach the male energy. If a man could not reach it, he will feel certain weakness and the fear of woman’s closeness; therefore will be afraid of mother as well. That is how our mind and ego’s tricks turn about. Mother has to allow the son to father psychologically and spiritually, to help him to reach the male energy through father, encourage both of them for the closeness and support them. Later on it will return in their love. This is a common rule. If mother condemns father, her son will be inclined to drugs, alcohol, etc., because he is detached from the real father and from real mother and at the same time from the real life.

Many things become obvious in constellation, because individuals who represent family members feel and say it. This in general, doesn’t depend on performers. Of course, their certain sensitivity and centering are necessary. The representing person feels and expresses how the energy flows, while other participants of constellation listen, watch the facts and become conscious of the constellation process. Sometimes, in order to become conscious of it, more than one month may be needed.

Considering the examined case, if mother continues to despise child’s father, the situation will not change. Constellation can’t change mother’s attitudes, but it may help her to see how it is and why things go like that. If mother’s attitudes change, psychical energies will start flowing in new ways and not only she, the son, his father will feel this, but also other close relatives. Therefore, the constellation of family reveals not only its invisible dynamics, but also helps to improve the status and well-being of an individual being constellated and all other members of family or relatives.

Constellation may show that child’s parents are not his true parents, that they are his foster-parents. The energy flows in different way among children and parents and among children and foster-parents. The structures of mental and astral bodies determine it. In the process of impregnation, the couple attracts similar, complementary or karmic related souls. It is very important for a child to know the facts, truth because subtle energies don’t flow according to laws. They flow in existential ways, following real events, nature and dao. There is no need neither to call the goose a swan, nor vice versa. As an electric lamp gives light only when electric energy is flowing, so people’s hearts and souls are refreshed not by words or imitation of love, but by flowing real psychical energies. Only by feeling them and understanding their source and influences, we can understand what has to be changed in life and how. The science of constellation shows that most of our faiths and laws don’t untie, but muddle up and misguide people. In this case, any lie is not tolerated because when lying heart and spirit’s energies don’t flow.

More extensive example. Aida, after a constellation with mother, felt easiness, relaxation, openness to her mother. More love started flowing between them, the feeling of gratitude arose which was not there before. There was a lack for the same with father. Aida felt that after constellation with mother, by the same method she could deepen closeness and sincerity with him also. When Aida was tuning to father, she felt pain in her shoulders as if she has been carrying some kind of burden for him, and it exhausted her. It seemed that part of her energy was flowing in other direction and didn’t belong to her. She couldn’t reach that inner place or center where the tension could be relieved. In addition she felt oppressing tension and the sense of discomfort while being with her father.

Aida during the constellation told the main facts about her family and the family of father:
• The members of her primary family: father, mother, elder brother, she and younger brother.
• The members of father’s family: grandfather, grandmother, father (the eldest child) and five his sisters and brothers.
• The facts of her grandfather’s family: when grandfather was a one-year-old child, his mother (great-grandmother) died while giving a birth to younger brother. The great-grandfather got married to other woman after that, who became a stepmother to the grandfather.

During the constellation, these were the family members, who were set out: Aida, her mother, father, grandfather, grandmother, grandfather’s brother, great-grandfather, great-grandmother and grandfather’s stepmother.

People, representing other members and her, Aida set out intuitively and sat down to watch. Since that moment, I continued leading the session. When everyone was set out, it turned out, that Aida, her father, grandfather, and his brother were looking in the same direction - at grandfather’s dead mother, standing in front of grandfather. It showed direction of energy flowing. I asked constellation members to say certain words, and sometimes according to their intuition, to change the direction or place of standing. At times, I asked how they felt when they were standing in certain position.

Here is how Aida described her experience herself: “When I asked the woman, who represented me, how she felt, she said she didn’t like standing in her place, that she was feeling pressure and pain in her shoulders. Father felt crushing headache and the longing for his present family (wife and me), because we were standing behind his back. Father said that at the current moment he couldn’t turn to his present family because there is too great attraction to look at his father’s dead mother. The grandfather was looking at his mother, standing in front of him, and longed for her. His mother said she feels a big pain because she died and left her one-year-old child, whom she loved very much. While standing, she was tensed, worried, feeling guilt for left children and incapable to go away freely from children and husband”.

The tensions between different members were unbound with eye-to-eye meeting, changing places, turning and clearly saying words about simple facts. The constellation leader instructs what words and in which order to say. Here is her description of the further dialogue and the process that happened between grandfather and dead Aida`s great-grandmother.

“I am your mother and you are my child. I have died and go my own way. You are alive, and you have to go your own way. You don’t have to take responsibility for my destiny”. The child replies: “You are my mother. I am your child. You have died. I live and leave your destiny to you”.

She said to her husband: “I am your wife. You are my husband. We have two children. I have died. You have left to live. You don’t have to take responsibility for my destiny”. Her husband replies: “I am your husband. You are my wife. You have died. I live and leave your destiny to you.”

After saying of each such fact, especially after the phrase “I leave your destiny to you”, I felt as if something had felt down from my shoulders, I felt a sense of relief, relaxation and tension disappearance. These words similarly affected members of constellation - after certain words, they said that they felt better, easier.

When grandfather’s mother was saying: “I take my own destiny” - I felt her becoming relaxed and that impulse was transmitting to other family members. After these words, she lay down on the floor; this represents her death - and lay totally still, relaxed. I felt peace and relaxation in myself.

When the tension between grandfather’s mother and her children was relaxed, a tension between grandfather and stepmother had been revealed.

A dialog happened between them: “I am a child. She (grandfather was pointing at his mother) is my mother and she will for ages be my mother. You are only a stepmother”. The stepmother replied: “You are a child. She is your true mother. I am only your stepmother”.

When saying in this way and admitting facts, clearing up and taking the responsibilities, everything had taken its places. After some time, the grandfather could turn to his wife, what he could not do earlier. After that free energy appeared to love their son - my father, who could now turn to his present family - to my mother and me. It was like a wave of released energy that rushed to me and united all into new harmony. Relatives felt completely differently - the grandfather and the grandmother, father and mother felt love to each other, and that had transmitted to me. No unpleasant attraction to the great-grandmother was left. Everything had been balanced and it seemed like a lake calmed down, and there were silence, love, friendliness and gratitude reflected in it.

Afterwards, it came to light that Aida’s mother still couldn’t turn to Aida fully, because she felt female jealousy for father. This is the dialog that happened between father and her: “I am your father. She (father representing person pointing at my mother) is my wife and my woman. You are my daughter and express your femininity to other man”. Aida writes: “The girl, who was representing me, replied: “You are my father. She is your wife and your most significant woman. I will share my femininity with another man”.

It was hard for me at this point to accept that my father isn’t showing me his male attention, but when I accepted the real fact deeper into my heart, I felt relaxation and lightness. At this moment, the constellation leader invited me to change the girl representing me and I took place between mother and father. It seemed that I was missing them all the time and that now they not only love each other and me, but they are also with me.

After the constellation, the representing people bowed down to their roles and “went from the stage”. I felt much easier, I felt love, openness, friendliness to my father, mother. I accepted the facts and stopped fighting with relatives in my mind. I felt that many things were uniting inside, rooting and as if a new energy starting to flow from the earth. Inner weakness flagged. During the night, I felt my shoulders twitching and relaxing. I felt flow of new and healing energy in them. It was so good.

After the constellation, I felt being more connected not only with my father’s energy, but also with energy of all previous generations. It gave the sensation of fresh rooting and invited into new heights of life and spirit.”

In this example the relations even until the great-grandmother had to be revised because from there the ways of psychic and spiritual energies were disturbed. It is seen from the examined meditative family constellation how it changes dynamics of the family, heals psychical and spiritual wounds of the past, and opens new horizons of life and spirit.

I should also mention that taking part in Osho ashram in the international constellation training, where there beside were Judaists, Hindus, Christians and Muslims, and afterwards leading the constellation on my own, it became obvious how superstitions, ideologies and faiths mess up destinies of people. But at the same time, while discovering existential laws and meditation and applying them in life, it is possible to escape the dump of the past and remain with love, consciousness and blissfulness and share this with others.
